Delizia

Inspired by ancient Rome, it is called Delizia because the ancient Romans used to delight themselves with fruit-based breads; our new way of thinking about bread therefore comes from a distant past.

To the bread dough of Grande Impero, made of sourdough, water and fine Italian flours, we added tasty fruit. Figs, raisins and apricot, give the bread ancient flavors and a sweetness, which makes it the protagonist during brunch and breakfast, ideal to accompany meats and cheeses.
