Its uniqueness comes from the use of germinated grains and seeds which release all their nutritional and aromatic properties: germinated rye, germinated oats, germinated wheat, germinated sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, poppy seeds.

Organoleptic characteristics

Product characterized by the numerous seeds and germinated cereals that stand out against the light dough. Characterized by a vein shape, with a crunchy rind, the crumb is soft, alveolated and irregular. The flavor and aroma is characteristic and with a slightly acidic note typical of sourdough and natural leavening.
